Cliques..

Hey guys!!
Today's topic is Cliques. This is something that you just have to deal with when going into middle/high school. In every school and even workplace you have to deal with the "popular" people, hey you may even be the popular people. If you're not, I'm sure you've wanted to fit into that group. In today's society we have cliques (Groups of people) that are categorized by the things you like to do, the way you dress and even where you live. Some example of cliques are:

• Nerds/ Mathletes

• Cheerleader/Popular girls (mean girls)

• Jocks/ Athletes

• Band Geeks/ Musicians

• The artists/ Actors

• Skaters/ Stonners

• Emo/ Scene

• Punk/Rockstars

These Cliques are often put in order of Popularity

After this summer some of you will be starting off in high school. I know that I had a hard time with Cliques when I was in high school because I Identified with all of these social groups. Sometimes its hard to be identified with a social group because it labels you. Some cliques will make fun of other cliques. But have no fear God is here. The Bible tells us to trust in God and he will help. Don't be surprised if you find it difficult when you first start back to school, many do. Just remember, trust God and when you feel alone God is still with you! Pray to God and he will be there. 
I tried to get a verse that fits in with this topic and here is what I found!


Psalm 37:5
"Let the Lord lead you and trust him to help"
